Pensioners Tax Returns 2013?
Pensioners will need to lodge an income tax return if, during 2012-13
- You paid tax, or had tax withheld.
- Your taxable income was greater than $18,200 and you were an Australian Resident for taxation purposes for the full year
- You were eligible for the seniors and pensioners tax offset and your rebate income exceeded the threshold.
